I just wanted to share my protein shake of the day with you.
Ingredients: 1 pineapple
1 giant beet or 2-3 small ones
Juice the pineapple first and set aside. Next juice the beet(s). You should have about one large glass full of pineapple juice and half a glass of beet juice.
Now poor the pineapple 3/4 full in the glass you will drink it from and poor the beet juice slowly on top.

Never give up
Today I watched a very inspirational video and I wanted to share it with all of you.
Sometimes we experience through backs in life, which make us want to give up. And sometimes we are simply not into the change we want to make. What ever the reason may be for you I want to show you this video and tell you: "You can do it, if you only believe!" Take baby steps, go slow, take it slower but don't give up. I am telling you, whatever it is that you are trying to achieve, you will get there if you keep working on it.
My Goals: 1. Tone up and build muscles till August
2. Build a great team that will work with me on Telexfree
3. Make it through another semester with A's

The Spartan Race in New England- I am in !!!
Look what i got myself into. I am so excited but a little worried at the same time. After a 5 year baby break I am finally starting to get back into a "real" exercise routine and I know I can make this race if I put my mind into it.
It looks so much fun and challenging at the same time. There are a few people from my church that are putting together a team, which I am on as well.
The best part is: Its on Aug.11th, my birthday.

How to reach your goals
If you think something in your life is impossible, rethink. One of the ways to achieve your goals is to keep yourself always motivated. This works differently for each one of us but focusing of what you want to achieve is the FIRST step.
What is it that you want to achieve today? This week? in the next 5 months? in 2013?...
Write in on a piece of paper, on a note in your phone, on your calendar, record a voice note or even make a video. Don't forget to start with short-term goals and then go toward the bigger once and don't think that any goal is to big.
STEP 2 is look at your goals on a regular bases. The more you involve your mind with your goal, the more you will work toward it unconsciously. No one can work toward a goal that they can't even remember they have. So make sure you read or look at your goal list.
STEP 3 kind of happens on its own if you follow through with step 1-2. This step focuses on how are you going to get where you want to be. Its simple: the more you think about your goal, the more you will be aware of the ways to get there around you. Its like you got your antennas on all the time.
We all have bought a new car at some point right? Did you feel like there were so many of your new car driving around you all of a sudden? Yes! Most of us felt this way because your mind was engaged with the thought of the new car.
Setting your goals and keeping them in your focus works just like it.
